Five Hills Karate shines at tourney

The Five Hills Chito Ryu Karate Club might not have sent the largest team to the Penticton Friendship Tournament recently, but that didn't stop them from picking up plenty of hardware, including one of the most prestigious honours from the entire event. Three competitors took part in the intra-style competition Saturday in Penticton, B.C., bringing home seven medals from the tournament, with Joshua McFaddin winning gold in individual kata and kumite, alongside Jacob Selby's bronze in both events his class.
