Karate: East Kilbride club claim fantastic medal haul at Lanarkshire Open

Members of East Kilbride's Kihonkai Karate Academy battled their way to an impressive 36 trophies at the Lanarkshire Open recently. Over 50 students from the Academy competed in Kata and Kumite at the Ravenscraig Sports Facility in Motherwell, returning home with plenty of silverware to show for their efforts.

FBISD karate team does well at state
